Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Statement

“This Website, Social Media and Associated Business and other Online and Offline Services [“OOS”]  as provided by the business Think Website Marketing (including affiliates) [“TWM”] endeavours to act in an ethical and legal fashion with this website and OOS for the normal commercial purposes of marketing and maintaining of these OSS.

This policy document sets out how TWM uses and protects any information that you give TWM when you use this website and the acceptable use the information including the ethical intention.

TWM is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified while using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy and acceptable use statement.

TWM may change this policy from time to time by updating this statement. You should check the Privacy Policy statement from time to time to ensure that you are satisfied with any changes. This policy is effective from 15th September 2014 in accordance with our Governing Law and Jurisdiction as provided in the Terms of Use Agreement.

How, What and Why we collect

TWM is intended for a general audience and is not directed to or intended to be used by children, and may contain information appropriate for adults only and in this fashion, the information therein is provided assuming that the users are fully competent adults as defined in our Terms of Use Agreement.  We understand the special necessity to protect children’s online privacy, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.  Individuals who are not fully competent adults are not accepted and should not use these facilities including any OOS.

In the interests of good parenting, we suggest that those adults who act as guardians, discuss the safe and responsible use of the internet and the provision of personal information through the internet with the children in their care.
While TWM does not publish content targeted to children, it does not warrant that the content is appropriate for children nor that it is appropriate for children to provide information.  As a consequence, we caution parents and guardians about children providing personal information and prohibit the use of our OOS to children.

TWM  Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Statement is part of, and subject to, the terms and conditions of use of services as described on all OOS and the Terms of Use Agreement.  Where to the extent there is a conflict, the Terms of Use Agreement will be the governing document.

This Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use statement is dynamic. It will continually change. You may not assume that it remains the same and you agree to check the policy each time you visit OOS, for changes. You may receive, from time to time, a notification of changes to this or other statements, alerting you to changes but otherwise, you will receive no notification of changes to this Privacy Policy nor, under any circumstances, does TWM promise notification. Your continued use of this site always evidences your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use and any modifications associated with it.
